Praise be to God and to Him belongs a great, good and blessed praise as it should be for His majesty and His great authority. God exalted the ranks of knowledge and raised those who were bestowed upon it. God’s prayers be upon our master and our beloved Muhammad, who was sent with guidance and the religion of truth to make it prevail over all religion, so He made him a witness, a herald and a warner. He made seeking knowledge a duty upon every male and female Muslim, and he made the Islamic nation amongst a scholar or a learner. I thank God Almighty for his success, grace, and gratitude for placing me in this place to serve religion, the nation, and society in general, and to serve the university, college, and the physics department in particular.
