Student Affairs Unit
The Student Affairs Unit aims to provide support to the students of the college in terms of registration, deletion, addition and communication with students to solve their problems and overcome difficulties related to academic affairs during their educational career in the college and keep them updated.
Student Affairs tasks:
- Open and close the people.
- Follow-up and supervision of automated registration.
- Establishing student registration procedures according to university calendar schedules and following up on their implementation.
- Take the necessary measures to verity the equivalence of student's certificates after they have been confirmed.
- Enter the study tables and schedules of quarterly and final tests in coordination with the college departments.
- Implement, follow-up and coordinate registrations, deletions and additions, student excuses and reviews.
- Follow-up student's regularity in studying and preparing lists of deprivation.
- Follow up on distressed students, warnings, and students who are academically dismissed and prepare lists.
- Highlighting opportunities for students.
- Submit a quarterly and annual report to the undersecretary for academic affairs on admissions and registration activity.
- Organizing test committees and receiving test paper from other college for public materials.
- continue to pay rewards to students and prepare special lists.
- Set up and delivers scenes for female students.
- Response to transactions on student affairs.
- Distribution of certificates. cards and all documents and documents for students.
- Contribute to solving student problems and follow up and respond to student applications.
- Coordination with the Student Activities Unit with regard to student activities and enhancing student participation in various events inside and outside the university.
- Contribute to guiding and mentoring students and working in cooperation with other entities inside and outside the college.
- Review and follow-up of student behavior rules on campus and evaluate them.
- Follow up on the email for the affairs of the students and respond to all emails with follow- up requests or inquiries arriving via email and find the right response or guidance for each inquiry.
- Preparing reports and records for student advisory councils, meetings and student committees such as disciplinary and grievance committees.
- Public Relations Officer for Student Affairs.
- Providing the faculty with the requirements of program and institutional accreditation in cooperation with the quality unit of the college.
- Supervising the development of the unit page on the university's website.
- Providing electronic forms to beneficiaries of the unit's operations.
