Academic Advising:
the definition:
It is a scientific method for caring for the students of the department in all scientific and psychological aspects, and it also means by communicating advice and advice to everyone who needs it.
Duties of the Academic Guidance Committee:
1- Holding a meeting with the students at the beginning of each semester to identify the problems that we see and introduce the tasks of the unit.
2-. Organizing meetings and forums related to academic advising for male and female students.
3- Provide female counselors with department schedules, members' schedules, hall schedules, appointments, and all information related to the student.
4- Develop a mechanism to receive and respond to female students' complaints.
5- Preparing an annual report at the end of the year on the work of the committee.
6- Introduce the students to their mentors and the importance of the counseling process.
Duties of the academic advisor:
- Introducing female students to the organization and regulations of the university regarding the general regulations, sisters from Morocco, and transfers.
- Helping female students to progress with the specialization, especially the latest developments, and working to overcome the problems facing the problem they face.
- Assisting the student in preparing the previous report regarding the numbers of deletion, return, postponement and apology.
- Introducing the student to the accumulative average and explaining the reasons for its high, academic symbols and terminology.
- Developing cultural and cognitive awareness among female students.
- Report at the end of the semester section of the department.
